Soul Sanctuary Circle

Welkom in de Soul Sanctuary Circle; een liefdevolle en veilige ruimte om verbinding te maken met je lichaam, hart, ziel en andere mooie vrouwen.

Deze serie van 6 cirkels ondersteunen je innerlijke groei, ontspanning, creativiteit, expressie en verbinding.

We zijn met een vaste groep van minimaal 6 en maximaal  10 vrouwen. Zodat we samen dieper kunnen duiken in onze reis en elkaar zo goed mogelijk kunnen steunen.

Wanneer vrouwen samenkomen in 'sisterhood', openheid en waarheid; onstaat er magie. Vrouwen zijn uitstekende wevers en in een intentionele ruimte weven ze moeiteloos een web van liefde, wijsheid en empowerment. En de draden van dit web brengen ze in hun eigen leven, zodat degenen die ze ontmoeten er ook door geraakt zullen worden.

PRAKTISCH:

De 6 cirkels hebben elk een thema, maar belangrijk om te vermelden, is dat de inhoud zich vooral vormt door ons samen. Misschien is er gaandeweg in de groep behoefte aan iets heel anders. Dan sta ik daar open voor en passen we het aan.

1. 17-10 Circle of Intention - de ruimte openen, intenties zetten, verlangens en elkaar leren kennen

2. 24 -10 Circle of Truth - wat doet er werkelijk toe, verbinden met onze ware natuur

3. 31 -10 Circle of Connenction - breng meer levendigheid en authenticiteit in je connecties

4. 7- 10 Circle of Expression -  laat de energie stromen via adem, stem en beweging

5. 14-11 Circle of Medicine - wat is jouw unieke medicijn en hoe kan je het gebruiken

6. 21-11 Circle of Celebration -  afsluiting met cacaoceremonie, mantra zingen en elkaar vieren

Deze cirkels zijn in principe in het Nederlands, maar mocht er een Engels sprekend iemand zijn die interesse heeft, dan kan het programma ook in het Engels gegeven worden.

Welcome in the Soul Sanctuary Circle; a loving and safe space to connect to your body, heart, soul and other beautiful women.

In this series of 6 circles you deepen your presence, your confidence, your inner leadership, your authenticity and soul expression. This is a closed container with a fixed group of max 12 women. So that we can diver deeper in our journey together and be of the best support to eachother. 

When women gather in sisterhood, openness and truth, magic happens. Women are excellent weavers and in an intentional and sacred space they effortlessly weave webs of love, wisdom and empowerment. And these webs they bring into their own lives so the ones they meet will be touched by it as well.

The Soul Sanctuary Circles support your inner growth, creativity, expression and connection.

PRACTICAL:

The 6 circles each have a theme:

1. 17-10 Circle of Intention - opening the sacred space, connect to intentions, soul-desires and the group

2. 24 -10 Circle of Truth - connecting to the truth of who you really are

3. 31 -10 Circle of Connenction - bring more aliveness and authenticity in your connections 

4. 7- 10 Circle of Expression - open up your vessel and liberate parts of yourself by breath, sound and movement

5. 14-11 Circle of Medicine - discover, own and share your unique medicine

6. 21-11 Circle of Celebration - sacred closure with cacoa ceremony, mantra singing and celebrating each other
