Mantra Circle

Welcome to our mantra circle where you are being invited to sing and/or listen to heart-opening songs from different cultures. 

As Mudita we want to cultivate joy, aliveness, presence, and connection trough song.

Sound and language are vibration. Chanting mantra has positive effects on the brain and energetic body. It is not about singing beautifully, sounding a certain way, or even actively participating. It is about you, your energy, and the present moment.

In mantrasing you come into the here and now, the breathing is regulated, the singing gives joy, healing and harmony in our lives.

Mudita in Pali and Sanskrit stands for the pleasure that comes from delighting in other people's well-being. Buddhist teachers interpret mudita more broadly as an inner spring of infinite joy that is available to everyone at all times, regardless of circumstances.

We came together out of sheer joy for singing and making music, and intend to share that joy everywhere we play.
